TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing and using The Consul's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Membership

Membership at The Consul is subject to approval and may be revoked at any time for violation of these terms or club policies. Members must be 18 years or older and provide accurate, complete information during the application process.

3. Code of Conduct

Members and guests are expected to maintain the highest standards of behavior while at The Consul. This includes:

• Respecting all members, guests, and staff
• Adhering to the dress code
• Not engaging in illegal activities
• Maintaining confidentiality of other members
• Following all club rules and policies

4. Reservations and Cancellations

Reservations are subject to availability. Cancellation policies vary by service and event. Members are responsible for understanding and adhering to specific cancellation requirements.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Consul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
