MEMBERSHIP INTERVIEW

This form will take around 10 minutes to complete and all information will be treated in the strictest of confidence.

To apply for membership, please prepare the following:

• CLEAR RECENT HEADSHOT: Please upload a recent head-and-shoulders picture of yourself. This will be used for security purposes to verify your identity upon your arrival at the Club. Therefore, ensure the picture is representative of how you will appear when visiting the Club.
• PROOF OF AGE: (e.g., Driver's License, Passport, or ID card). Applicants must be over 18 years of age.
• LETTER OF SUPPORT: A letter of support from a proposer who is currently a member of/affiliated to The Consul is mandatory for this application. This letter must include how long the proposer has known you and the nature of your relationship.
• PAYMENT: To finalize your application, we kindly ask you to fill out both a Direct Debit mandate and provide your credit/debit card details. These details will be used to process the subscription payment if your membership application is approved. Please be assured that no payment will be taken until your application is successfully approved.
• If you do not have a Thai bank account to provide Direct Debit details, please contact us at membership@theconsul.club.
